This traditional Gascon stone house with its large garden and terrace is perfect for hosting one or two couples or a family with children. This 75 m² single-storey cottage is functional and very comfortable even in winter thanks to its new pellet stove. (Pellets are provided).

The well-equipped open-plan kitchen flows into the dining area and living space with two sofas and a TV.

The cottage comprises two very bright bedrooms overlooking the garden. The first is furnished with a 140 bed, the second is adaptable according to your preferences with two 90x200 beds convertible into a King size bed. I provide sheets, duvet, and blankets for the 180x200 version of the bed. A bathroom with bathtub, sink, and a separate toilet completes the layout.

The dining area opens onto the terrace. Well sheltered and covered on the kitchen side, you can enjoy it even in spring and autumn. It extends into a sunny area, perfect for relaxing on sun loungers. Holidays are the perfect time to indulge in a barbecue; you can even enhance your grilling with the garden's aromatic plants.

Every season has its own charm! In spring, the plum trees and primroses adorn themselves with beautiful colors, then the tamarisk with its finely cut foliage and vaporous bloom will surprise you. Seeking shade, you can sit under the parasol pines and admire the view of the vineyards and the castle of Buzet. You can watch the grape harvest from the terrace in September. In winter, little birds will perch on the cotoneasters with red berries.

Your vehicles will be parked within the property's enclosure, in close proximity to the cottage.

Internet connection is provided (Wi-Fi via router) in the cottage. Good mobile network coverage. Holiday vouchers are accepted without limit on the amount. Friendly animals are welcome.

Documentation about the area as well as hiking and cycling maps are available in the cottage. I will be delighted to share my favorite spots and my knowledge of this beautiful region where I was born. I will provide you with a digital booklet with tips and dates of festive events.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August, with arrival possible on Sundays.
