This old Gascon stone farmhouse in the middle of the Buzet vineyard will surprise you with its wooded park open to the vines and the Landes forest as a horizon. The 100m2 gîte "les Glycines" spread over two levels offers beautiful volumes to relax with family or friends in peace.

The large, well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room with its authentic fireplace and oak beams. You will benefit in winter from a good fire in the insert, the wood is at your disposal. In addition, heating is provided by radiant panels.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms. The first on the ground floor is large and very cool in summer. For your comfort, it is equipped with a 140 bed and 2 90x200 beds convertible into a King size bed. It is completed by a bathroom with basin, walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs you will discover a charming mezzanine with two 90 cm beds and the last bedroom with a 140 cm bed as well as a bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and wc.

This arrangement makes it possible to receive friends or several generations in complete privacy.

The entire front of the cottage looks out over the large garden where the barbecue is installed. The spectacle is permanent and changes with the seasons. In spring the tits are active, yellow predominates with mimosas and daffodils. Then comes the flowering of the irises, the wisteria which shelters the terrace and the Mexican orange tree with its delicate scent. In summer, roses bloom even on the bedroom wall, the albizia offers a shaded and flowery shelter for the deckchairs. In the fall, the fruit trees take on new colors and finally the time for the harvest comes. In winter the familiar red gorges approach.

You can run in the lawn or play boules with the children on the ground behind the cottage not far from the bicycle garage.

The internet connection is offered to you (Wi-Fi by router) in the cottage. Good mobile network coverage. Holiday vouchers are accepted without limit on the amount. Friendly animals are welcome.

Your vehicles will be parked within the grounds of the property in the immediate vicinity of the gîte.
